You hear it all the time, and for good reason; wearing sunscreen is the only surefire way to protect and prevent sun damage. ALWAYS apply sunscreen to all areas of skin that will be exposed to the sun.

When it comes to our faces, let’s face it, sunscreen (SPF) should be a part of your skincare routine year round when going outside, but ESPECIALLY IN THE SUMMER!
EYE CREAM/LIP BALM
Sun exposure will thin skin and cause wrinkles. Often the eyes and lips are forgotten; protect the delicate areas of your face with spf, eye creams, and lip balms.
DON’T FORGET TO MOISTURIZE!
Beach, Lake, Sunshine, Chlorine… Summer time brings lots of fun, but will leave skin much drier than usual. Moisturize with SPF before sun exposure (re-apply when needed), and use a richer body lotion after sun exposure. Doing this will keep skin hydrated, soft and as smooth as possible during the summer fun months!
DRINK WATER
Obvious, but staying hydrated is an essential skin care step.
When you’re hydrated, your skin is hydrated! This results in healthier looking skin, and all you had to do was drink some water! :)
